Hunt Chapel is one of the premier wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas. Merging nature and organic architecture the chapel was designed to create a memorable wedding ceremony. The on-site dressing room allows you to dress for your wedding only steps away from where you will be hosting your wedding ceremony.
Located approximately 1 mile from exit 82 on Interstate 49 in Pinnacle Hills, this facility was built to be a gorgeous event space for intimate ceremonies of up to 156 guests. Your wedding guests will love being surrounded by the garden-like grounds of Pinnacle Memorial Gardens as they witness your special day.
Hunt Chapel is close to the Pinnacle Country Club, Shadow Valley Country Club and the Embassy Suites/ John Q. Hammons Convention Center for your after wedding reception needs. Also, the chapel’s location in Pinnacle Hills, offers many restaurants and hotels for the convenience of your wedding party. Each wedding date is professionally reserved through Bates Events of Northwest Arkansas who also offers wedding coordination services that can make your special day effortless! Hunt Chapel offers the following time slots
for wedding reservations
9:00am – 12:00pm
1:00pm – 4:00pm
5:00pm – 8:00pm
Monday-Thursday per time slot is $1,250.00
Friday-Sunday per time slot is $1,925.00
Events on or near a major holiday are $2,887.50
(excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Security Deposit
A deposit of $250 is required in order to schedule your wedding and hold your date. This security deposit is not included in the rental price. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within six months of your scheduled rental date. If multiple inquiries are received for the same date and time slot, priority will be given based on date that security deposit is received.
Your security deposit will be returned to you 30 days following your chapel rental, unless:
- Client exceeds allotted reservation time
- There are damages to the chapel or the bridal suite
- We have to close the Chapel for cleanup after your ceremony
